The short version
Toolvemi tools run in your browser. The files and text you work with are processed on your device and are not sent to us. We do not have accounts, we do not show ads and we do not use analytics or tracking cookies.
Your files and text
When you open a file or type text into a tool, a script that runs in your browser processes it in memory. Nothing is uploaded to Toolvemi, and we cannot see it. When you close or reload the page, it is gone. Results you download are saved by your browser to your own device.
What we collect
Toolvemi does not ask for your name, email address or any other personal details to use the tools, and it does not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. The site is delivered as static files. Like any web server, the hosting provider that delivers the site may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, requested page, time and browser type) for security and to keep the service running. We do not use these logs to identify you.
Cookies and local storage
Toolvemi does not set cookies and does not store anything about you in your browser. Tools forget everything when you close or reload the page.
Third-party resources
Fonts, JavaScript libraries and the on-device AI model used by the background remover are served from toolvemi.com itself. They are not loaded from third-party CDNs, so your visit does not reveal itself to those services.
Speech tools: the two exceptions to know about
- Speech to Text uses the speech recognition built into your browser. We try on-device recognition first. Some browsers can only recognize speech through an online service run by the browser vendor (for example Google for Chrome). In that case the tool asks for your explicit permission before any audio is sent, and the audio is then handled under that vendor's privacy policy, not ours. Toolvemi itself never receives your audio.
- Text to Speech uses the voices of your device. Some browsers also list online voices; these are optional, and when you choose one, the text may be sent to the voice provider.
Email you send us
If you write to [email protected], we receive the address and the content you send. We use it only to reply to you and to improve the site, and we do not sell or share it. Ask us to delete a conversation and we will.
Children
Toolvemi is a general-purpose utility site and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
